Changes for 2025

2024 marked a number of changes for Kris & Holly. We adopted Cocoa, our Shichon puppy. We’ve also concentrated our business in Delmarva while sustaining our legacy clients in other states. If you’ve followed our adventures across the past year, you know that we encountered some unique challenges along the way. We learned a lot from 2024, and we’re applying those lessons to 2025 and our future with you. So please note the following changes for 2025:

1) Effective November 2025, travel during Kris & Holly’s holiday season will be limited to Delaware and eastern Maryland (Saturday 11/29/25 - Wednesday 12/24/25).
This was a difficult decision to make. During the 2024 season, we spent more time dedicated to driving and traffic buffers as we did performing. We will continue to provide our year-round services to Pennsylvania and New Jersey (non-holiday rates, including out of state, will be posted soon). By limiting our range to our growing Delmarva clientele, we eliminate lost gigs and Cocoa’s missing us.

2) New $200 hour-long home visits.
We are ending the 20-minute $150 home visits. They were based on the idea we could visit a high volume of homes, going from place to place in an evening within a county. We booked quite a few houses, yet not enough to justify the rate. And the homes we booked had us over for significantly longer than 20 minutes. So we’re offering a compromise where we will visit for as long as it makes sense for up to an hour. NOTE: Home visits are only available Monday - Thursday. We encourage anyone considering this option to invite friends, neighbors, and more of your family. We work best with larger crowds and can do so much with the longer amount of time for a visit. And we can bring a friend with us. Let’s talk about that…

3) Cocoa, our therapy Shichon, will be available for booking!
If you like the idea of an adorable therapy dog joining your event, we will happily bring her at no cost. This is obviously a big yes for some clients and a big no for others. We cannot guarantee her availability on any given day for a number of reasons. However, there will be a box in the new booking form where you can have Cocoa join the fun. She’s already been a big hit at some senior centers and libraries this season, and she may be right for you as well.

Our new rates for holiday season 2025 (11/29/25 - 12/23/25) are as follows:

Mon-Tue: $250 for the first hour, $100 for each additional half hour. Minimum one hour.
Wed-Fri: $250 for the first hour, $125 for each additional half hour. Minimum one hour
Sat-Sun: $300 for the first hour, $125 for each additional half hour. Minimum two hours.
