Snippy Doodles is a Delaware Valley legend. She is a well-known feature at Rehoboth Beach, the Sea Witch Festival and many other shoreline attractions. Considered one of the strongest balloon artists in the country, Snippy Doodles can create almost anything your child can imagine.
